SHIPPING OVERVIEW
We ship both within Australia and internationally. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During high-volume periods such as launches, sales and peak seasons, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@skokimaev.com.au.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. SKOKI MAEV is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@skokimaev.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@skokimaev.com.au within 5 business days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with you to find the best resolution as quickly as possible.
