Shipping policy

SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Everything on our site is in stock and ready to send. We ship within Australia
and internationally, and orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being
confirmed. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your
tracking details.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the
next business day. During launches, sales and peak periods, processing may
extend to 2 business days.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING RATES
Standard, orders under $160: $8.00 AUD, 3 to 7 business days
Standard, orders $160 and over: Free, 3 to 7 business days
Express: $16.00 AUD, 1 to 3 business days
All timeframes are from dispatch, not from the time you order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International standard: $18.00 AUD, 7 to 14 business days
Europe standard: $25.00 AUD, 7 to 14 business days
International express: $32.00 AUD
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International
customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that
apply in their country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have
not received it within 2 business days of ordering, contact hello@skokimaev.com.au.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you order. SKOKI MAEV is
not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. Because we dispatch within 24 hours, contact us immediately at
hello@skokimaev.com.au if you notice an error.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact
hello@skokimaev.com.au within 5 business days of your expected delivery date.
