At SKOKI MAEV, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In its original condition with tags attached
— Free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks
— Returned within 14 days of your delivery date
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that appear to have been worn during exercise or that show signs of use.
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email us at hello@skokimaev.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked postage method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Faulty or incorrect item received: SKOKI MAEV will cover the full cost of return shipping and send your replacement or refund at no charge.
Change of mind or wrong size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or style.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds on sale purchases unless the item is faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@skokimaev.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may repair or replace the item.
