Ordering & Pre-Order

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you are securing your Skoki Flare Jumpsuit before it is physically dispatched. You will be charged at the time of purchase and your order will be shipped at the end of June 2026.

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

All pre-orders are estimated to dispatch at the end of June 2026. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

If you need to make a change to your order — such as size or colour — please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skokimaev.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder or contact us at hello@skokimaev.com.au.

Can I order more than one item?

Absolutely. You can order multiple sizes or colours in the same transaction at checkout.

How does the Skoki Flare Jumpsuit fit?

The Skoki Flare Jumpsuit fits true to size. The lycra spandex fabric has 4-way stretch so it moves with your body. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the flare silhouette.

What sizes are available?

The Skoki Flare Jumpsuit is available in XS, S, M, L and XL.

Where can I find the size guide?

I am between sizes — what should I do?

We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. If you are unsure, feel free to email us at hello@skokimaev.com.au with your measurements and we will help you find your perfect fit.

What is the Skoki Flare Jumpsuit made from?

The Skoki Flare Jumpsuit is crafted from ultra-soft lycra spandex with 4-way stretch. It is gentle on skin with zero break-in needed — soft from the very first wear.

How do I care for my jumpsuit?

To keep your jumpsuit looking its best:

  • Hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle
  • Use a gentle, colour-safe detergent
  • Wash Espresso separately for the first wash
  • Lay flat to dry in the shade — do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach or iron directly on the fabric
  • Do not dry clean
  • Store folded rather than on a hanger to maintain the shape

Will the colour fade over time?

With proper care your jumpsuit will maintain its colour beautifully. Always wash in cold water and avoid direct sunlight when drying.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we do offer worldwide shipping! International shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about international delivery please contact us at hello@skokimaev.com.au.

Is express shipping available?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How long will delivery take once dispatched?

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is generally 1–3 business days. International delivery times will vary by destination.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please head to the Returns tab in the footer of our website. Our returns portal will guide you through the process quickly and easily.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes, we are happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please initiate your exchange through the Returns tab in the footer or contact us at hello@skokimaev.com.au.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

We are so sorry if this happens. Please contact us immediately at hello@skokimaev.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
